You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, and in resalable condition and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Exceptions:

For health reasons we cannot return sanitary napkin/tampon disposals, shower seats, shower curtains and specimen cabinets. Replacement parts and refills are also not eligible for refunds.
