ASI 10-3801 - Snap Flange (1 1/2" O.D) - Straight Grab
1 1/2" (38 mm) Outside Diameter
- Cover snaps over mounting flange dimples to conceal screws.
- Concealed mounting flange is 3 1/8" (79 mm) O.D. diameter with two screw holes and three locking dimples adn is 1/8" (3 mm) thick, type 304 thick stainless steel.
- Cover is type 304 stainless steel with satin finish, 22 gauge, 3 3/16" (81 mm) diameter.
Grab Bar with Snap-On Flange Covers for concealed mounting is type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8. Tubing is 1-1/2" diameter (Ø38) x 18 gauge [0.048"] (1.2). Snap-on cover is 22 gauge [0.03"] (0.8). Flange is 1/8" (3) thick and is Heliarc welded to tubing with a continuous concealed bead. End flanges have two (2) 3/8" diameter (Ø9.5) mounting holes. Center posts (if any) have (2) keyhole slots to ease installation access. All exposed surfaces have a satin finish and shall be protected during shipment with a plastic bag. Available in Smooth or Peened finish.
